Within Australia

Regular Shipping

Your package will be sent via Australia Post will arrive between 2-5 business days if you are within the metro region. For clothing packages your order will be traceable online via the Australia Post website.   

Express Shipping

You can upgrade to express shipping for an extra $3.00. Express shipping will take between 1-3 business days to arrive if you are within the metro area. Packages can be tracked online via the Australia Post website.

Platinum Express Shipping

Need your package super urgent? Upgrade to platinum express shipping for only $6.50 extra. Your order will be delivered by midday the following business day. To upgrade to this shipping option please let us know by leaving a note at checkout or contact us.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of the order being placed. Please note that if you chose to pay via bank deposit your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared in our account. This may take between 2-5 business days depending on your bank.

On the same or the next business day you will receive an email advising you of your order status and tracking number.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! We offer a low flat rate of $15.99 to any region in the world for regular airmail for any parcel weighing up to 500g.

Regular Airmail

Regular Airmail takes 7-21 business days to arrive to your destination. There is no tracking available so if your parcel is damaged or lost in transit we cannot take responsibility to reimburse for the damage or loss. You can upgrade for tracking for an extra $3.50.

Registered International Airmail

For your peace of mind, you can choose registered international airmail. Your order will be delivered 7-21 business days and the package can be tracked online. A signature is required upon delivery as confimration.

Australian customers

The above delivery timeframe is intended to be used as a guide only and we will not be held responsible for any delays in transit due to the postal system. Envious Fashions will always ensure all orders are carefully packaged to protect any damage in transit however we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur beyond our control.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order as Envious Fashions cannot be held responsible for any parcels left on your premises that go missing. You can advise us prior to the completion of your order if you authorize for the delivery to be left on your premise in a discreet place. However please be advised we can only make special attention to the delivery personnel of such request and cannot guarantee they will. As a result we shall not accept any responsibility should any damage or loss be incurred. Should this be of a concern we strongly suggest having your order delivered to a work, family member’s or PO Box address.

International customers

Due to different country's custom procedures there may some delay with delivery therefore estimated shipping time may vary. All of our international packages will be insured for 100% of their value and will be declared accordingly on customs declaration. Where applicable, you will be responsible to pay for your local country's tariffs, custom duties or taxes payable required. Should you decline to pay these additional charges and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.
